RETURN POLICY

 

 

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly issue a full refund for items returned within 14 days from the date of delivery and the approval of our Quality Assurance Team. Every return must be accompanied by a sales receipt, in the original packaging, unaltered, unworn and in salable condition. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted for return.

 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Cancellation is not possible once the item has shipped.

 

All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Team before we can process a refund. Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for return. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded on the original payment method used.

To return a shipped item to Laura Anne Jewelry please follow these steps.

 

Preparing Your Return:

  • Contact us and request a return form.

  • Include return form, sales receipt and packing slip with each item returned.

  • Ship item pre-paid to address listed on the return form.

 

 

Laura Anne Jewelry is not responsible for any items damaged during transit. Items received damaged may be refused or assessed a fee for the damages.

 

 

Laura Anne Jewelry is not responsible for merchandise that’s not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.

 



 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Laura Anne Jewelry offers Free Standard Shipping within the United States.

 

Currently, Laura Anne Jewelry is not shipping internationally.

 

Bracelets and earrings are shipped within 3-5 business days. 

 

Necklaces are shipped within 5 to 10 business days.  

 

Orders exceeding 10 or more necklaces will require additional time to be processed. If an item in your order is out of stock, you will be notified.


If your package arrives damaged or your order has not arrived by the date listed in your confirmation email, or if you have any other questions or concerns regarding shipping, email us at lauraannejewelry.com

 

Please be sure to retain all packaging materials and paperwork. Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 5 days of the expected delivery date of your order. Laura Anne Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments, packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address, or packages that are not received due to a full mailbox.
